About Me

Greetings from London, Ohio! 

My name is Laura DeRose and I am the owner and operator of DeRose Travel Company, LLC and DeRose Cruise Planners. My passion for travel started at a young age as my family made our annual vacation to Walt Disney World in Florida. It is part of my core memories of childhood. I took my first international trip at the age of 18 and I haven't looked back. Since then, I have traveled to Bimini, Belize, Bahamas, Cuba, Canada, Dominican Republic, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Honduras, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Peru, Sweden, Tanzania, Turks and Caicos, Switzerland and Russia. 

I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality Management and completed an internship at Walt Disney World. My experience includes conference and event planning, and over ten years of travel industry experience. 

My travel advisor specialties include All-Inclusive Resorts, cruises, cruise tours, destination weddings, group travel, international vacations, rail travel, theme parks and travel insurance. I live in central Ohio with my family on a small hobby farm. We love animals and have a German Shorthaired Pointer, two cats, chickens and ducks, and bees.
